Michigan Pro Event FINALS

The finals of the Michigan Pro was a little bit of surprise for men and women, but well deserved on both sides. The women all skied strong, but ended with Emma Sheers and Karina Nowlan going head to head for the title. Emma lead off with a strong 2.5 at 39. But young Karnia came back at her with 3 for her first win in the pro circuit. Not a bad birthday present for the 21 year old...Happy Birthday Karina!
On the men's side, Nick Parsons and Will Asher faced eachother in the final head to head. Nicky P came out first, running his lowest score of the weekend a 2.5 @ 39. Willy came out knowing what he had to do and did it, standing up at 3.
Props to Dana Reed, Mike Broadwell, and Action Water Sports for putting on a sick event! On to the next tour stop in Hamilton, OH...this time with another crew member on board for the week - Terry Winter!
